Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of order confirmation, primarily via UPS or FedEx. Shipping times do not include weekends or major holidays.

Weekends/Holidays/Promotions
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during promotions may experience increased processing times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Changing Shipping Address
Customers can request a change in their shipping address before their order is actually shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order. Currently, online orders can only be shipped to one specific address. We understand that your order may include gifts that need to be shipped to multiple locations. In this case, you will need to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.
Undelivered Package
If your package status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly regarding the package. Packages marked “Delivered” are not eligible for lost package claims. In this case, we recommend checking with your local postal carrier or a neighbor to confirm whether the package was misdelivered.
Damaged/Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, Minogoe is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Please ensure you retain all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.
Customs and Duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes depending on the laws of the country or region of delivery.
We have no control over these charges, but we recommend that you contact your country’s customs authorities for details before placing an order. All additional duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please do not refuse a package due to customs fees. If you refuse a package due to customs fees, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your refund to cover the return shipping costs incurred due to the refused shipment.

If we are unable to ship an item due to a shortage of the item, we will contact you separately.
Please note that in certain circumstances, we may offer a refund. If a product we sent is returned due to incomplete or incorrect recipient name or address information, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs.
