ORDERING & PAYMENT

You can place an order at www.minogoe.com. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders or pay over the phone. However, if you need to reserve an item or need help with your online order, please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you!

All tracking details will be emailed to you after you place your order. If you do not receive an email with tracking details, please contact customer service through our “Contact Us” form for assistance.

SHIPPING

We strive to ensure that all items in my order are delivered at the same time. If we cannot deliver at the same time, Minogoe Customer Service will contact you in advance to let you know.

You can choose any address for delivery, as long as it’s within the Minogoe area.

Once your order is confirmed, it will typically ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays), primarily via UPS or FedEx.
